Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging or similar protective packaging
FOURLOYAL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour, or product, simply place a new order after your return has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement, repair, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Final Sale Items
All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your purchase has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedies as provided by law.
